On February 11th, 2014, officers from the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office, 14th Judicial Drug Task Force, Arkansas State Police, and Mountain Home police, served a search warrant in Briarcliff. The warrant was served at the residence of MICHAEL GLAVISH, 30 years of age. The search warrant and subsequent arrest was the result of the joint investigation into illegal drug activity. GLAVISH was charged with the following criminal offenses:
Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Methamphetamine), class C felony (3 counts)
Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Oxycodone), class C felony
Use of a Communication Device to facilitate a felony, class C felony, (2 counts)
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, class D felony
GLAVISH was released from the Baxter County Detention Facility after posting a $30,000 bond.
