2/10/10

 

On 2/9/10, the police department received a complaint from a local business stating there was an individual purchasing items associated with the manufacture of methamphetamine. Officers obtained a description of the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop.

 

During the investigation, the suspected items were located in the vehicle. Kevin J Spivey, 29 years old, was taken into custody and charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia with Intent to Manufacture Methamphetamine. He was incarcerated in the Baxter County Detention Center on a $50,000 bond. The Arkansas State Police assisted with the investigation.
