On this date at approximately 7:00 am, the police department responded to a report of an individual exposing himself behind a residence located in Indian Creek subdivision. The family living at the residence has young children, one of which witnessed the incident. When officers arrived, the subject was found behind the residence, still exposing himself; he was taken into custody and transported to the police department.

 

The subject was identified as Chris A. Gladney, 49 years of age, of Mountain Home. He was charged with Sexual Indecency with a Child, a class D felony. There is no bond and he was incarcerated in the Baxter County Detention Center.
