A joint investigation conducted by the Mountain Home Police Department, Arkansas Department of Community Corrections, 14th Judicial District Drug Task Force, and Arkansas State Police concluded with a Search Warrant being executed at a local apartment complex. Officers identified approximately eight point eight ounces (8.8oz) of suspected methamphetamine. Also seized were articles of drug paraphernalia used in the ingestion and distribution of narcotics.

A short vehicle pursuit preceded the warrant being served in which two of the apartment residents were taken into custody. Articles of drug paraphernalia and over six grams (6g) of suspected methamphetamine were recovered at that time.

The three (3) suspects arrested are as follows:

KEVIN E. BURCH W/M 24 YEARS OF AGE: Two (2) counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver- Methamphetamine, class ‘Y’ Felonies; two (2) counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, class ‘C’ Felonies; Fleeing (in a vehicle), a class ‘A’ Misdemeanor; Possession with Intent to Deliver Near Certain Facilities, an Unclassified Felony/An Enhancement Penalty. Bond $200,000.00.

CHELSEY J. DIMMICK W/F 27 YEARS OF AGE: Two (2) counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver- Methamphetamine, class ‘Y’ Felonies; two (2) counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, class ‘C’ Felonies; Possession with Intent to Deliver Near Certain Facilities, an Unclassified Felony/An Enhancement Penalty. Bond $200,000.00.

THERESE J. TAECKER W/F 31 YEARS OF AGE: Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver- Methamphetamine, a class ‘Y’ Felony; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a class ‘C’ Felony; two (2) counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance- Methamphetamine, class ‘Y’ Felonies; two (2) counts of Delivery of a Counterfeit Substance, class ‘C’ Felonies, and two (2) counts of Possession/Delivery of a Controlled Substance Near Certain Facilities, an Unclassified Felony/An Enhancement Penalty. Bond $45,000.00.
