On 3/3/10, 26 year old Timothy J. Clary of Mountain Home was arrested following a joint investigation by the Mountain Home Police Department and the Arkansas State Police. The Arkansas Department of Community Corrections and the Cotter Police Department assisted in the arrest. 

 Clary is charged with two counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance, a class B felony, two counts of Delivery of a Counterfeit Substance, a class C felony, and one count of Distribution near Certain Facilities, an unclassified felony. Clary was incarcerated at the Baxter Detention Center on a $30,000.00 Bond.
