PRESS RELEASE 

6/22/10 

Thirty seven year old Rebecca J Causer of Mountain Home was arrested following an investigation by the Mountain Home Police Department. Causer was originally charged with three counts of delivery of a controlled substance and a distribution near certain facilities charge by arrest warrant. 

During the execution of a search warrant at Causer’s residence in Mountain Home, police located a substance believed to be methamphetamine. The two additional charges for possession are a result of the execution of the search warrant. Causer is charged with the following criminal offenses and was incarcerated in the Baxter County Detention Facility on a $15,000 bond. 

• (2) counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Class Y Felony)
• Delivery of a Controlled Substance (Class B Felony)
• Distribution Near Certain Facilities (Unclassified Felony)
• Possession of a Controlled Substance (Class C Felony)
• Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Class C Felony)
