The police department is responsible for providing police services to the residents of our city and the many visitors enjoying tourism and trade in Mountain Home, Arkansas. If we can assist you, contact us. Service is our only product and we strive to make it the best.

It is our goal to inform the community about your police department's philosophy, programs, and operations. With this knowledge, the police and the community can work together in making our community a better place to live. We are confronted with community growth that requires a strong community policing effort to meet the present and future demands for police services. Working together, we can meet this challenge.

Multiple Charges filed against 3 Break-in Suspects

PRESS RELEASE      3-4-11

On Thursday, March 3rd, Officers from the Mountain Home Police Department, the Baxter County Sheriff’s Office, and the Arkansas State Police executed a search warrant at a residence in Mountain Home. Upon search of the residence, six occupants were taken into custody for questioning. Numerous items recently taken during break-ins along with drugs and drug paraphernalia were located throughout the residence. The following charges were filed against three suspects.

Jeffrey D Singleton (W/M 49yrs)                   

  • Breaking or Entering (Class D Felony)
  • Theft of Property (Class A Misdemeanor)
  • Also had two local outstanding warrants
  • Incarcerated in the Baxter County Detention Center on a $6,885 bond                                                                          

 Darlene Davis (W/F 37yrs)                            

  • Forgery (Class C Felony)
  • Theft of Property (Class A Misdemeanor)
  • Incarcerated in the Baxter County Detention Center on a $2,500 bond      

 Holly B Luker (W/F 24yrs)                              

  • Breaking or Entering (Class D Felony) 4 counts
  • Theft of Property (Class A Misdemeanor) 4 counts
  • Forgery (Class C Felony) 2 counts
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Class C Felony)
  • Incarcerated in the Baxter County Detention Center on a $25,000 bond
