The police department is responsible for providing police services to the residents of our city and the many visitors enjoying tourism and trade in Mountain Home, Arkansas. If we can assist you, contact us. Service is our only product and we strive to make it the best.

It is our goal to inform the community about your police department's philosophy, programs, and operations. With this knowledge, the police and the community can work together in making our community a better place to live. We are confronted with community growth that requires a strong community policing effort to meet the present and future demands for police services. Working together, we can meet this challenge.

5 Suspects charged with drug offenses

PRESS RELEASE

7-7-11

On Wednesday, 7-6-11, five area residents were arrested on felony and misdemeanor drug charges in Mountain Home. The arrests are the result of a joint investigation by the Mountain Home Police Department, Baxter County Sheriff’s Office, Arkansas State Police, Fourteenth Judicial Drug Task Force,  Flippin Police Department, and Marion County Sheriff’s Office. The following individuals were charged with criminal offenses.

Catlin M Bridgers, w/m, 25 of Buford was charged with:

  • (2) Counts of Delivery of Methamphetamine, class Y felony
  • Delivery of Marijuana, class C felony
  • Distribution of Controlled Substances Near Certain Facilities (unclassified) 
  • He was incarcerated into the Baxter County Detention Center with bond set at $10,000.

Haylee M Bunch, w/f, 25 of Buford was charged with:

  • Delivery of Methamphetamine, class Y felony
  • Delivery of Marijuana, class C felony
  • Distribution of Controlled Substances Near Certain Facilities (unclassified)
  • She was incarcerated into the Baxter County Detention Center with bond set at $5,000.

Angela L Bouvier, w/f, 30 of Mountain Home was charged with:

  • Possession of Methamphetamine, class C felony
  • Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, class C felony
  • She was released from the Baxter County Detention Center after posting a $2,500 bond.

Steven M Niziol, w/m, 24 of Mountain Home was charged with:

  • Possession of Methamphetamine (Class C Felony)
  • He was released from the Baxter County Detention Center after posting a $2,500 bond.

A juvenile, w/f, 15 of Mountain Home was charged with misdemeanor possession of Marijuana and later released to a parent.

Bridgers and Bunch were charged pursuant to a traffic stop. Bouvier, Niziol, and the juvenile were charged pursuant to the execution of a search warrant at a local residence in Mountain Home.
