On Thursday, January 19^th 2012, police made contact with two male subjects at a local business after noticing the odor of marijuana. During the investigation, a quantity of methamphetamine and marijuana were discovered in the vehicle. Prescription medications, Klonopin, Valium, and Hydrocodone were also located in the vehicle, along with a rifle, sawed off shotgun, .45 caliber pistol, and other drug paraphernalia. Both individuals were charged with the following offenses:

Douglas A Potter, 29 of Harrison, Arkansas

• Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute, class B felony
• Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms, class Y felony
• Bond was set at $10,000 and he was incarcerated into the Baxter County Detention Center

Brett N Cochran, 25 of Harrison, Arkansas

• Possession of Methamphetamine with Intent to Distribute, class B felony
• Simultaneous Possession of Drugs and Firearms, class Y felony
• (4) Counts of Possession of Controlled Substance, class A misdemeanor
• Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, class B felony
• Bond was set at $10,000 and he was incarcerated into the Baxter County Detention Center
