On June 4, 2012, Dylan O Lawyer, 18 of Gassville was charged with Criminal Attempt to Commit Commercial Burglary, a class C felony. Dylan was already incarcerated in the Baxter County Detention Center for previous criminal charges. He was charged on May 16, 2012 with (2) counts of Residential Burglary, a class C felony, (3) counts of Criminal Attempt to Commit Residential Burglary, a class C felony, and Theft of Property, a class D felony.

The charges on May 16, 2012 were filed pursuant to burglaries and attempted burglaries that were reported on May 11, 2012 in Indian Creek Subdivision. The charge filed on June 4, 2012 was filed pursuant to an attempted burglary at Center City Pawn Shop.

Dylan was previously charged with commercial burglary, fleeing, and resisting arrest on April 26, 2012 for a break-in at Medisave Pharmacy. His bond is currently set at $550,000.
