On 9/18/10 at approximately 11:00 AM, police responded to Harp’s Pharmacy in response to a reported theft.  Initially, the suspect entered the pharmacy, sat down and waited for a short period of time. While waiting, he used an alias and stated he was waiting for a prescription.........
